After working 20+ years in a publicly traded company and then in HR consulting, our founder, Janie Brill, felt it was time for a change! Backed by supportive clients and some entrepreneurial spirit, Linx Consulting became a reality in 2010. This enables us to focus on what we love and what really matters — building relationships with clients and delivering creative solutions that engage people and drive performance.
